Characters:

• Othello - A noble Moorish general, deeply in love with his wife Desdemona.
• Desdemona - Othello's virtuous and devoted wife, caught in a web of deceit.
• Iago - Othello's cunning ensign, driven by jealousy and seeking to manipulate those around him.
• Cassio - Othello's loyal and honorable lieutenant, ensnared in Iago's schemes.
• Emilia - Iago's wife and Desdemona's confidante, entangled in the unfolding tragedy.
• Roderigo - A wealthy Venetian in love with Desdemona, unwittingly manipulated by Iago.

Please prepare the following:

1. Acting Resume: Bring a copy of your updated acting resume, highlighting your experience and training.
2. Headshot: Provide a recent headshot that captures your essence as an actor.

Audition Requirements:

• Slides: You will be given selected scenes from "Othello" to read with other auditioning actors. Familiarity with the text is encouraged, but no need to memorize.
• Monologue: Prepare a 1-2 minute Shakespearean monologue of your choice. This is your opportunity to showcase your range and interpretation.
